These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) govern all sales concluded on the website operated by:

The products offered for sale are books and related editorial works.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, minor differences (cover design, formatting, etc.) may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
Products are offered subject to availability.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) unless otherwise stated.
DE A A Z reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before final order validation.
5. Orders
Orders are placed directly on the website.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information necessary for order processing and delivery.
DE A A Z reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
• suspected fraud
• non-payment
• abnormal or abusive order
• previous dispute with the customer
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payments are secured through a certified payment provider.
The order is considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
DE A A Z cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
However, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• digital content once download has begun with prior consent
• personalized or made-to-order products
To exercise this right, the customer must notify DE A A Z at:
orders@a-z-editions.com
Returned products must be in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
9. Returns and Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund will be issued within a reasonable period.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Liability
DE A A Z shall not be held liable for:
• misuse of products by the customer
• indirect damages resulting from purchase or use of products
• delays or failures caused by force majeure
The publisher’s liability shall in any case be limited to the amount of the order.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected during ordering is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Intellectual Property
All texts, books, and editorial content sold remain protected by intellectual property law.
No transfer of intellectual property rights is granted through the purchase of a product, unless expressly stated.
13. Force Majeure
DE A A Z shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• strikes
• natural disasters
• pandemics
• network or carrier disruptions
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
